Confusing problem

Hey- I've recently gotten back into replica building with this new computer, but I'm having a little trouble. You see, even though I do definitely have custom textures saved, they don't show up in my "Custom Textures" file-

Like they should be. It's also something that's happened with my save files (IE. Definitely saved and accessable from the game itself, but not in the files) on RCT2, so I know that it's a problem that affects multiple things. Help!

Is there a option for Program files (x86) or something instead of program files?

Also check compatability files.

Right. How shall I do that? Cut and paste it from the Program Files onto the Desktop?

Not on this computer- there is an option for that on my Laptop, but not on my computer. My compy's the one that's having the issue.
