I heard that there was a program that makes AIing much easier? Does such a thing exist?

Trov was making one for basic robots. anything else you need to make your own for.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.

Wasn't there that thing on RFSHQ or somewhere that helped in AIing? I heard it mentioned on here a few times.

a really easy way to learn is to start here with Starcores guide

https://gametechmods.com/?do=Guide_to_AIing

start by just recycling other robots AI lines for your own, test it then play around with some of the values, test again and again and again and soon you will get the feel for what values should be used for what robots :-D

also for stock best place to start is with Starcore Bindings they are a lot neater and easier to under stand then stock and has more .py's to play with

I've viewed that so many times, yet i still don't get it. Also, it says the bot file will go to the Robot Designs folder, it doesn't.

I think there is one that may make it easier to but I dont think it will do everything nice and perfect for you :-D

also I am assuming its only compatible with the .py's that were added in it, things like FBS_1 probably wont work given you write the line different

Here's the latest of a coalition of contributors (Goose, ACAMS, Starcore, CB, Phil, and myself):

Still not final version yet though, but still very useful...

Input is appreciated. :)

For the most part, Pwnator answered your question about a program for AIing (although, I don't think it makes it much easier) and Madiaba listed the best source of information regarding how to AI and what to use.

I haven't touched that thing in months because I've been too busy working on other mods... BTW, after getting it working on basic bots, I was also thinking of making it capable of making custom AI.py files so that it could AI anything. The only problem is that my interest in finishing mods tends to fade the longer I wait to finish them.
