Sonny mentioned my old Wheely Big Cheese replica in a bot exchange thread, and it brought back old memories. I had to give it another shot. At the time of my original replica there were a few other WBC replicas floating around, but they were all normal flippers. The real WBC was not a normal flipper. It's flipper was basically the top cover of the bot, as seen also in the DSL Replica. With only stock parts, however, it is a little more challenging.

I came up with the idea of having the chassis itself lift into the air, forced upwards by 2 red extenders on DDTs. It looks a little more true to the original in my opinion. I could have skinned the chassis and the wheels better, but you get the idea.

For once the mods did something right

some more replicas.
i know they have probably already been done but i wanted to show my tries at them.
first we have oblivion

it isnt the best but it can beat biohazard which i find hard because of its height.

now we have undertaker.

i think sonny resseti made a rep of this but i gave my shot.

last we have wedgehog

i know sonny made a rep of this because i watched his battle of the hedgehogs vid on youtube but i gave i a shot any way.
also for wedgehog i couldnt find a danger strip that would work like the real one so on the repl its a bit squint.

Not bad for just starting out.  If you want to challenge yourself, add some more detail to Oblivion's shell.  And I've found that caution lines look better when hand-drawn, they're really pretty easy to do.

Any chance we can get a peek at your Supernova replica?

Run Away should really run away before it gets shredded by one of my lightweights.

I've always thought that a replica of Run Away should be more skeleton-y, with a small chassis, and most of its body made up of components.  Now i'm tempted to try my hand at it, but I feel as though it would be poor form to build the same replica right after someone else does it.  In the interest of diplomacy, ashman, would you be terribly offended if I attempted a Run Away replica and posted it here if I like it?

yea no probs.
i wouldnt be offended.
its up to you.
youll probably make a much better version of it than i could.

btw whoever said it earlier about the flipper segments i tried that for the weaponry but it done no damage at all. + it looked tecky with the flipper segments and hit the ground when moving foward.
