It's true mine can't compare to that because my replcia of ROTS doesn't exist yet. I might do it at some point, I'd probably BFE a disc to cut through the centre of the outer shell if that's allowed.

Use beaterbars instead of extenders. Otherwise, it looks OK.

No, replace the Aluminium Extenders with Beater Bars is what he meant. They will actually cause damage.

Would it be possible to put the shell inside the chassis and have the weapons sticking on the outside
Or as Ava said, try skinning the components (Might help to use a solid disk with all the side panels and everything skinned)
Quite a few people can skin components so you can ask them nicely if you can't.

I kind of like this one.
The spike strips sticking out the flipper arm are supposed to be the "teeth" underneath the flipper but they're a bit big.

EDIT: realised the wheel is a bit big
