Finished GF's request, Plunderbird 2.  Interestingly, some of the artwork is the same as Plunderbird 1's painted over.  Also, wonky aerial.

Excellent work there, Sonny! I particularly like how you did the paintjob and 3D grates. My only concern is that it could have been somewhat wider, but other than that, it's more or less perfect   :approve:

Glad you like it.  I actually almost blinded myself with the aerial; tripped while I was carrying it and the aerial pressed into my face (that's how it got bent out of shape)

That's OK. And ouch...sorry to hear that. Come to think of it, that's kind of ironic- the real Plunderbird 2 was eliminated in the Semi-Final Gauntlet after Matilda sawed off its aerial.

Don't worr, it just brushed off harmlessly.  i actually finished Plunderbird  a few days ago and never got a chance to upload it, so as we speak I'm about half done with another one. (it will be #17 if you're keeping count)

Ah, that's alright then. Seems kind of ironic that both the robot and the rep both had mishaps involving their aerials, though  :P

And I have to say, I'm looking forward to seeing the next rep- can you give me a clue on what it could be?  :D

I don't like to reveal them before they're done, there are times that I've given up on works in progress (S3 was originally going to be the third replica I did, but....)

In regards to the new one, I will tell you that I'm exactly two-thirds of the way done.  I wonder how I came up with such a precise figure. (BTW I won't confirm or deny any guesses, gotta keep some surprise in it)

I think you're going to like this.  It's a clusterbot; I made three cardboard replicas for this one.  This is √3, designed to look like a racecar when the 3 bots hook together.  They've got magnets hidden under their shell that allow them to link up to each other like the real thing.

Definitely one of your best cardboard reps so far, Sonny- well done

It usually goes with the caption "Me Gusta" which means "I like" in some foreign language

Here's 3 Stegs to Heaven.  It's refreshing to do another toy-sized     replica, I like them better than the big ones.  I'm running out of ideas   for cardboard reps, I ditched partway throught Panzer MK 2 and then   Napalm before settling on this, so if anyone has any requests, let me   know.

The scales came from a cereal box, and the green and orange   are both custom made (think anyone would buy a limited-edition Robot   Wars paint colour?)

How?
Resesti even posted that it's 3 stegs to heaven. Unless your eyes are covered in sh*t, you'd be able to see that.

Enough Enigma, he was suggesting Bulldog Breed as a cardboard replica I should pursue in the future.
