(I forget to check-up on the BOTM dates now and then)

Also, I dont think ACAMS will let me re-submit the splash.

Can I just say to all the people that have said stuff like, "Oh, #3 looks, rubbish, the splash is terrible, the bot is not gonna win any battles, moan moan moan", I don't think your first BOTM entry was a world beater either was it? I've only just got on the site so I don't know how good the competition is.

I am in complete agreement with this, but for an artbot, the giraffe was pretty bad. If it had a decent skin, then there might have been more of a reason to vote for it.

Joke-bots don't need a decent skin to begin with, if its just a flat-out wacky build.

BOTM is so controversial.  It's pretty awesome, like a reality show or something.

For those of you that are bitching about the Giraffe bot winning:  Step up your game and enter the next BOTM.  The only way to combat joke bots is to really make something awesome for BOTM.  Aug BOTM was kinda boring unfortunately, and this is the result.  J, you won fair and square, good work.  Don't make excuses for it and don't let people taint it.  By all means, it is not your "fault" that you won.  You let a burst of creativity capture the hearts of the voters and your cards won this round.

Next time... you wont be so lucky.
