The funny thing is, that the character ACAMS is usually represented by actually existed in cartoons- it's Master Cylinder, from the old Felix the Cat shorts.
In there, he is the ultimate "bad guy bully", the undisputed King of the Moon, and is ambigious as to whether he is a robot or a living being.
Except ACAMS is probably running to become Governor of Texas instead of the Moon, but other than that, I'd say they were quite simular.
