Precisely! And the funny thing is, if those books had been written by a man, it would've been banned and denounced as misognystic trash a long time ago. But seeing as a mormon woman wrote it, all the parents are gushing that "I'm so glad my little princess is reading!"
Seriously, that's the only standard for literature nowadays? Just to get little Snotley junior reading, regardless of content?
