I never quite understand why you guys dislike Vettel. When he's not starting from the front he's good, and he's amusing during interviews (like with DC today).

When he's not starting from the front he's good, but that doesn't happen. Over the last three seasons we've just seen him pull away from the rest of the pack without a word from him ever again. He's talented but his car is a major part of why he's dominating, and he honestly makes it boring.

Oh, and Ferrari is cooler.
**** no.

Oh, and 'gratz to Kimi! It's great that lotus have finally got a win.

Hey, would you rather have a horrible blue-ish mess that is based off a drinks company...

or a shiny red sexy beast?

Lotus is my favourite team but I have to cast them aside a bit for the championship because I don't want another Vettel dominancy.

I would rather Vettel win the next 3 championships than Alonso win this one.

And the Red Bull looks nicer than the Ferrari, IMO. The Lotus is the best looking car on the grid, though.

I like McLaren and Mercedes too, and I agree that the Red Bull looks better, it looks much more shiny and the blue looks sleeker.

Also yeah Alonso is an asshole.

Webber is talented too but he generally performs fairly inconsistently, while Vettel does much better with the same car. Sure, he's boring, but that's not really what he's there for. Red Bull has him so they can win, and that they can.

Adrian Newey. =P

I did pick up something on the BBC coverage that said Vettel was headed to Ferrari in 2014 alongside Alonso, though, so Red Bull will have that gap to fill. They do have Buemi and Algersuari to go to if required, but I'm not certain they would be at the same level Vettel is.

It's not very grippy. Doesn't look too bad though and it has some nice turns.

I think the lack of grip is due to it being a freshly built course. It needs a couple years or so to rubber in properly, I reckon. Some turns are pretty good, but the wider corner entries look a bit daft to me.

That may be possible, but in NASCAR they claim that tracks have the best grip when they're freshly paved. Is it concrete or asphalt?

Also, there's been rumors that Kovalainen might get Grosjean's place, because Grosjean wrecked his car 7 times in this year. Also Bottas will be driving in Williams on next year... If Räikkönen & Kovalainen would drive in Lotus, and Bottas in Williams, IT WOULD BE THE MOST EPIC MOMENT IN FINNISH F1 HISTORY! :party

I am becoming more and more an F1 fan.  I gotta say, the drivers in that series are awesome.  I seriously hope they all stick around and not move to NASCAR.  As much as I love NASCAR as well, I hope both series' grow and flourish.   Open wheel really needs a strong following over here in the States.  Glad the Texas race went well!

Two out of three for you so far, Jonzu.

I reckon if Maldonado can be more consistent, I reckon he could be alright. I'm still looking at him as a money driver, though, I'm afraid, despite the win in Spain. Too few good finishes, and too many incidents for my liking.

As a HUGE WRC Fan, I've been into F1 too, Since Räikkönen had awesome season. After all, He is my favourite Motorsport driver of all time. :gawe:

Btw, I was browsing Facebook and look what I found...

Räikkönen has been voted for the Best Driver of 2012.  :gawe:  (And no, I didn't enter to the voting)
