Youtube Problem

This might be the wrong place to ask, but I'm having an irritating problem with my YouTube. Every time I try to start up a video, I get this screen-
 

 
And when I click on any of the buttons to ignore it, it doesn't go away and let me watch videos! Can somebody please help me, because it's really annoying me. HELP!  :rage

But I'll give it a try anyway. The main reason why I thought that was because when I tried downloading IE8, it wouldn't work, and I can't find a link to IE7.

If you switch to a good browser like Opera, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, I'd suggest that you switch to HTML5 for YouTube. It loads the video all at once and relatively quickly. http://www.youtube.com/html5

Are you using IE6?  You need to at least update to the newest IE.

I am, but I'm trying to update. It seems my computer won't support anything but this sh**ty browser I'm using at the moment.
