Need Roller Coaster Names to win a contest
« on: January 03, 2012, 05:31:23 PM »
So there is a contest where you come up with a name for a new roller coaster for North American Midways, and if your coaster name wins, the roller coaster will have that name and you win all day passes to any of 3 parks(Edmonton's Capital EX, Toronto CNE, Winnipeg's Red River Exhibition) for free.

Here is what it looks like:

I can enter, because it is open only to Edmonton, Winnipeg and Toronto residents only.

These are some Ideas I have for the name:

-Alpenfahrt (German for Alpine Rally)
-Codebreaker
-The Endercoaster
-Orkan (German for Hurricane)

No Stupid names though or copyrighted names from games, movies etc.

How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

I'M 200 KM OFF FROM ELIGIBILITY

Anyway don't go with foreign stuff unless it's a well-known phrase or word in English.

...Absolute Chaos? :o It doesn't look like a super-crazy and fast coaster though...is there any technical information or more pictures to go off of?

It travels with North American Midway in Canada and the US, meaning there is no theme to it really.

These are the four names I chose to enter into the competition, even though I will most likely lose.

Gama Bomb
Ocean Planet
Catch 33
Wheels Of Steel
Outer Isolation
Think This
Lights Camera Revolution
Strings To A Web (if you added some nice theming this could really work)
Painkiller (GF93 should get the irony of this one)
The Throne
Electric Crown
Towards Beyond

Yeah, they're all album names. Deal with it.

Yeah, rode Tornado at M&D's in Scotland and it was rough as hell and those restraints didn't help.

Without, thank god.

Aye- although I must say, I was always more of a Schwarzkopf guy, myself, particularly liking the Double and Triple-looping Layouts.
