I know what you meant, but it's still not an example of irony. Skinny people aren't necessarily healthier than fat people. Here is a situation that would make the photo ironic: The guy in the coffin warns the large fellow that if he doesn't join him at the gym, he'll die of a heart attack. The large fellow refuses. Then while the skinny fellow is exercising at the gym, he dies of a heart attack.

Son... Your dad just died and he said that all the food in the house will go to charity, and not your fat ass stomach. He also said you will be going to Africa to eventually die of malaria and to see how starving people are because of your fat ass... I hope you are ready, because if you don't go now your fat ass will weight the plane down, you asshole.
