Get some noise isolating headphones. Skullcandy has some for around $15-$20. They'll break after a few months, but they're good while they last.

1. I sit in a two seated row at the front but sometimes I go to a one of the three-seated rows at the back to talk to my mates. She trys to but in too much. She also says sorry wayyyyyyyy too much to look like the victim.

Just get a music player of your own, and turn the volume up sufficiently so the music coming through your headphones drowns her out. But not so much that you deafen yourself. I find 70% Volume to be a good level for me.
