Well, if the gentle way does not work, be passive-aggressive. It doesn't look like an attack but it is !

Of course punching her in the face will probably not solve problems, since you may get in trouble for that. So be more subtle.

And NEVER reason with teachers.  A Teacher's job is to tell you pre-existing views and by definition unreasonable.  The only 2 ways to win is to

1.  Be a teachers pet by agreeing with everything they said.
2.  Be passive aggressive by pretending to have an innocent thought process.

I find these lines rather amusing, especially that you're taking the teacher's role.

Why?  I do the same thing.  Since when do I reasonably accept other people's logic when it contradicts my own?  And I don't even have authoritative power of a real teacher over his students.

Record her singing in video format with a cellphone, then post it on youtube.  After the waves of negative replies, send her the link.

Or better yet, DON"T send her the link.  Send it to a loudmouth without specifying that you are the uploader.  Just say you found it online or something.

She is retarded/has very low IQ. And is not allowed on youtube apprently.

You know what?  Just sing along with her every time she sings...... in low humm that only she can hear but no one else.  She will flip out before you know it.

Sure she can tell the teacher, and teachers can be a discriminative bitch.  But nomatter how much a bitch the teacher is she still can't expel you for doing the exact same sh** the girl is doing.  Just give a really retarded but innocent excuse like "Oh when I hear a song I want to sing along too".

Yeah got in trouble for that.

She is also a liar. For example my mate walked down a corridor and accidentally walked into her. He went to the toilet, walked out again and you had the headmistress there who said "Apparently you shoved her into the wall" and he got detention. She was also laughing , me guessing she likes getting people into trouble.

Plus she hates being pointed at. And here's the most stupidest thing she told on someone for:

A guy was running down at the cafeteria, ran past her table and air generated by the speed he was running blew her lunchbox a few degrees right, she told on someone and he got extra homework for practically doing nothing.

She is selfish and childish ( Shes a 13 year-old who reads disney books.) A kiss-ass and trys to look like the victim.
Oh and told on me for saying the words OK and hell.
She will never last on her own.

Whenever I have problems with loud people on the bus, I just turn the volume up to maximum and find my loudest songs (doubling the volume in iTunes can also work). Sure, it could bugger up your eardrums, but at least it is better than having to listen to a terrible singer. It may be quite painful at first, but eventually you will get used to it. To be honest, either drowning them out with your own music and/or sleeping is really the only way to get around it (at least in my experience).

I use my 3ds for music and does not work. Asks the bus driver to turn up very loud. Used to get a bit pissed off when I ask to get it turned down. But realises what I'm going through with the moving house.

Hmm, maybe try and get a few other people and rightfully complain to your school's authorities about her misbehavings ?

You can always get rid of her permanently, but it's far more dangerous than all the other solutions.

...You know you can just try and be fair before relying on immoral methods to reach your goals ?

Also, having multiple people back you up DOES NOT WORK!  Teachers always play favorites, and principles will always believe the teachers over students.  Nobody takes the words of a few kids seriously unless it is a sexual harassment charge.  You need to figure out how to be passive aggressive with the teacher, and break the habit of trying to REASON, MAKE SENSE, TELL THE TRUTH, or EXPECT FAIRNESS from them.

And then you become what you initially hated.

And to repeat myself, the reason why this is true is because teachers label students as learners and disruptors.  The learners are the ones who either agrees with them (Pet), are dependent on them (The kid who's really trying), or shows a great deal of interest in what they teach (The kid who's really learning).  Anyone else is classify as a class disruptor and will be ignored.

Seems fair, but it seems you forgot the guys who couldn't care less but are not disrupting themselves.

I removed that message because it has no reason to exist.

If you ignore the teacher, unfortunately that does place you in the disruptor category.  The teacher would not listen to you over her favorites.

Tell the bitch that you have grown to like the way she sings and that you have become very attracted to her. Ask her to be your girlfriend so that you may listen to her beautiful singing whenever you two get married someday. Be as flirtacious as possible and throw in some stuff that makes you sound really obsessive.

This tactic should make her shut the **** up. Assuming that she doesn't like you in the least, it will freak her out. Plus, she will probably sit as far away from you as possible from now on. Added bonus, you know?

Give her some really chewy taffy that sticks her mouth shut.  Or ask her whether she's on Team Jacob or Team Edward.  She'll talk about it for so long that she won't have time to sing.

Don't sit near her. Surely you don't have assigned seats?

Or just ask her really nicely. Nit creepy or fake-nice, just so she can understand your point of view.

If it's really bad, get a parent to write a letter to the school.
