. Rolo giving out some good advise. @ VE you say you are 6'1 hows your reach? If you have good reach then should use it to your advantage also a punch to his nose or an elbow like rolo said would take the fight right of him. Same to his throat or his gut but don't do the groin it would just make you look like a puss

. When you do strike, strike fast and also use head movement and good foot work so it makes it harder for him to hit you. Please let us know how the fight goes

Also, if your back is up to a wall and he starts to run at you, don't try and push him, dodge at the last second so he goes flying into it.

And it should save some energy too.

Kill his cat and give it back in a Chinese Takeaway box cut up with noodles from tesco.

1 words of advice from me : when you fight, try and ALWAYS have your muscles relaxed, when you dodge and hit. You'll move faster, react faster and strike stronger.

True... and that's exactly what my karate teacher says haha

But i wouldn't do the knee at the head fatality unless you really are prepared to kill him... if you break his nose and insert the nose's cartilage in his front brain, that's an instant kill... and this...
