I'd really hate see this community disintegrate. It has been hands down the best I've been part of in my time on the internet. Yeah I've got places to go should this community fall through, but I'd rather not see that happen.

If someone thinks we ought to broaden our horizons to other games, I think Garry's Mod would be our best bet. It's the only mainstream game that comes anywhere close to the concept of RA2.

Listen, all we need is a rejuvination of this whole website. We've been hanging onto RA2 for 5 years, what we need is RA3. All we need is some seriously clever coders to code a new, fresh and sweet RA3! But, if that cannot be done, I'm fine with moving to Garry's Mod.

honestly I have explored a lot of RA2 and you can make things quite different.

the one problem that stops mass gameplay differences in this game is making "unofficial rules" remember I tried with Backlash to make the game different but nobody wanted to follow.

so that comes part with advancing, it they were forced to follow there wouldn't be so much of a problem but the preference with a lot of people it sticking with the same.

also exploring more like what Giga used for RA2GE, outside involvement in the game, again I am trying this with Backlash and the console but your could take it further like Giga did..

the problem I have is people are getting into conflicts a lot, just starting stuff for no reason. Almost like people are getting restless. I have even got into more conflicts then before.

I have have a lot of stress in the outside world right now (or rather this whole year) so dont mind me if something is out of place or I am mentioning more rubbish

I hope this does not happen. I have already seen RCT2 forums vanish to almost nothing and some RCT3 forums are following. Because I have never got a chance to even release some of my RCT2 modded rides.

This forum is fine the way it is in my opinion. If it dies, then it dies. We should not "expand our horizons." This is an RA2 forum, and it should remain and RA2 forum. Expanding it to other games will not do RA2 any good, it will just take a back seat to the more popular games. We should just enjoy these forums while they last, not complain about them like Dexterhunter is. The members of this forum will change over time, they may be more immature and more offtopic. That really doesn't matter. As long as people still love to play RA2, then this forum will survive in one form or another.
