Sparkbutt, just quit worrying about if people accept you or not, and just honestly face yourself (checking the input of others for accuracy) and deal with what you find.  You ARE doing better.   Just keep learning/growing.

I agree with Noodlez. At the moment you are young and you are still learning. As you grow and mature, your perspective towards everything will change. You will look back and go, "Wow, I was a, what do they call it...N00b!". If you change now, you can stop yourself from doing that.

I can relate with you as well, on a forum I was on.

So here's the list:
-Be patient.
-Think before you act.
-Learn to listen, listen to learn.
-The best way to repair any kind of relationship with anyone is not to upset them in the first place.  That being said, any kind of ruined relationship can be repaired but it's hard and time consuming.  Your not going to gain favor overnight.
-Don't make "Threads like this". They will get you flamed and you will lose respect.

self realization is the first key to success and with that you shouldn't rely on others to tell you your mistakes..

grammer and spelling errors can be understandable... the reason you keep hearing about it as its just a "chosen weapon" for others to make fun of.. same as someone have glasses or being obese... they arnt reasons for disliking the person but are usually what is most heard about.

that said an easy fix would be to use a browser like Firefox or Chrome that supports a spell-checker option.

what you need to do above everything else is show respect towards others and others efforts and work (including threads) this doesn't mean the respect rating on the left hand side and doesn't mean the one on your wiki page.. those are just numbers

what I mean by respect is speaking politely to others, no insults, no flaming others, no spamming in threads... all of these show your level of respect towards others and others efforts. Those who lack the ability to show this respect are the ones that "feel the heat" from others.
