Damn windows live mail!!1!

My Dad told me to send a website adress to him and guess what! Windows mail blocked it and stopped my account from sending mail because they said I was "spamming" and there seems to be no solution.
 
Can you guys help?

I dont like windows live.. I got heaps of crap in my inbox and then it got hacked by a spam virus (same thing may have happened to you)

I use a pay email service now.. much more secure

Either use gmail or host your own mail servers... I do both :P.
