BOT, when I really think about it, why just keep it simple as murder?
Think about it, this is the person that you absolutely despise. You don't just want to kill them, you want to make them suffer. You want to make there pain feel WORSE than death itself. So, no I wouldn't do it. It's too easy.

If it were a relatively normal situation, then no, I wouldn't stretch myself to murder. But if, like Naryar, I find the pros outweigh the cons significantly, then I would probably be capable of killing someone. However, I don't agree on the necessity of a witty one-liner, it would just waste valuable seconds trying to get the timing correct. Screw honor and manners, and get it done quickly. It's murder, for crying out loud.

I'll give you some examples that I randomly thought of.

-Someone cheats on your spouse. Well I don't plan on marrying... but nah. It's just a kill out of jealousy. Maybe just kick their ass or a Reason You Suck Speech, though.
-Someone has been tormenting you for your entire life. Yes, this I would. Hell, even a few years of tormenting would be enough to make me want to get rid of him permanently. Like removing an obstacle from my way.
-Someone kills a family member of yours. Depends if I like the family member or not...
-You hate someone a lot. I don't truly "hate" anyone.

You can think of other reasons, as well.
