Hey bud, you seem to want to join this seeing as you've made such a big deal out of it. Fine with me if you do, but don't swear. "Sensible" or not, they're still swear words, and I won't have that on my forum. If you keep persisting to whack lil' old me for not swearing, something's wrong. I was raised not to swear and I'm going to stick to it, if you swear, that's your problem. But leave me and Alpha X out of it. You brought it up.

I don't even care about your forums. Sure, I used to love Legos, but the idea of digital Legos doesn't seem right. Much like books, I prefer my Legos to be physical.

What bothers me is how you're waisting your mind. Choosing not to say certain words can be perfectly legitimate. I avoid racial/ethnic slurs because I know just how hurtful those words can be. They exist solely to dehumanize others. I arrived at my decision not to say these words on my own after much thought. Thus, I can clearly explain my position.

You, on the other hand, are simply following orders without ever bothering to ask why the orders were given in the first place. This line of thinking is why a great deal of atrocities occur in the world; why religions spread so quickly and easily; how rights get trampled without any sort of uprising.

I'm not asking that you change your policy. Hell, you can even continue to save the "swear" words for your mind. All I'm asking for you to do is to think about why it is that you are offended by certain words and not their synonyms. If you can't come up with a good reason as to why one word is offensive and not the other, then do you truly believe what you think you believe?

Argueing over the fact that someone doesn't want swearing in their own, unrelated forum probably is though.
So why don't we all calm down and be happy, like internet communities should be - you know, where groups of similar minded people discuss things that... well... they think similarly about XD
