The rules seem to be changing every 5 minutes. This is why they must be fully confirmed in the Discussion stage...
Points only? Complete disregard of havoks? Sound like poor rules to me, especially the havok rule, that's just plain unfair.

I bet almost no one who entered this tournament has any clue whats going on. Could you please clearly explain what the brackets and the format is?
