good question. but for this tournament, the idea was nice. i liked the FeatherWeight idea. but after this tournament, it is best that he does not host any other tournament.

Reading the predictions: Acornia is not a rammer it's a poker? As for are opponents I can't say yet but the first WAR Beetle handled spinners just fine and had less weapons then WAR Beetle 2. Need to see splash before I can call this match  ;) . Edit: TX what do you mean by spinner's? HS,VS,SNS,or FBS?

pretty much fail in here. You don`t care about rules it seems. There are some and everyon who`s going to host a tourney has to/should read them. You can`t say: "I`m going to host a tournament but I don`t have the time to do all the things it needs".

I agree, in his first tourney he couldn't make a splash but was able to record videos(IMO that an AI'ing is all that matters). A splash would be nice but it dosen't mean the tourney is going to fail or is incomplete without one but we are gonna have one soon anyway.

Removing 2 panels wouldn't give me enough for even 1 more weapon. And I'm unsure if you know my weapon motor is a mag rather than a piglet.

obviously other stuff would need to be done (I was thinking 2 panels in total) just the construction/ weapon ratio for that weightclass maybe could have been better.. just still a powerful robot

I considered that, but the razors high up would be ineffectual against most bots IMO. BW's are often small to be invertible and freek isn't in this tournament. But you're probably right.

Haha why blame Johnzu? His predictions are mad funny he made it sound like  you guys were going just sweep us up lol. Look at the weaponry, Um I got a 9,000HP hammer with 2 iron spikes, 1 large beater bar, and I put a razor their because when inveritble it makes the bot climb while doing damage. This first macth is going to send a message to the rest of the tourney that we are here to win it :evilsmile: .

Haha how can a rammer have to much weapons in Tag Team tourney? A Rammer's offense is it's defense, and the only thing I changed from the first WarBeetle was I removed the panel skirts and added 2 iron spikes and a razor. @FOTEPX the razor is for when it's invertible it makes the bot crawl up opponents while doing damge  and protects the open space on the poly connector and the beater bar is just another weapon to smash with and absorbs the frontal damage of the hammer making my main weapon more durable.

Momentus has what drive and burst motor (I'll assume BSG)?
If it has good drive then it could be a problem for G.K. but the chassis is exposed and the wedge setup is strange and inefficient.
We should still win unless G.K. is flipped.

I was under the impression that all the bots were going to be in the arena at the same time, I'm not complaining though this format makes are chances better for winning? TX can you please explain the fight format in detail a littlte better? @ Johnzu it's not bad luck it's what happens when you meet an Assassin: You get Assassinated :evilsmile: .  Have fun in the loser bracket haha  :yaya) .

saw my heat, lots of blah blah blah, hard to see the bots actually fight, its just see them move about and look at the HUD to get the idea of who the heck is winning. and another thing that confuses me... why did me and Viper had to fight twice? maybe the reason was in the blah blah blah but i kept skipping those because i just wanted to see the fights.

If we lose it's because I've been carrying my team by myself since the beginning of this tourney, my bot has earned it's respect I fought a flail shell spinner and even when all my weapons were off it still couldn't finish my bot :smile: . I thought I might be able to take are team all way to the  Final's but G.K stopped me. FOTEPX needs to get a dam win :realmad( .

TX asked me to put a robot in and at the time i only knew how to use stock. I have a bit more experience now and have made a few good robots. But 1 they are all over 200kg and 2 they were all made after the tournament began.

Nicsan's is good because it is unrealistic but yours is basically a 2 Iron rammer. Irons fail in DSL and it will easily be outweaponed. But it does have decent armour and drive.

As I understand the rules....once you lose, you lost! The loser bracket is to determine a house bot for next tournament.
The rules are kinda shady for this tournament, and will NEVER be like this again.
I have not looked at the brackets yet, and I better find brackets somewhere and they should match the vids.

This went down the drain before the matches were even posted. He starts a tournament without a splash or brackets, replaces bots in teams, and changes rules in the middle of it.

You sir, should not be allowed to start any more tournaments until you can prove that you can fully commit to a tourney.

Ok, Maybe i was wrong, you will NOT be in the losers bracket because you lost in the quarter final and therefore cannot re - enter it.

 
You said the winners of the loser brackets would face the winners of the winner bracket for a place in next tournament, SO you must play out ALL the losers as planned!

This is slowly deluding into an absolute mess. Why can't TX take a hint and actually LEARN how to host a tournament PROPERLY (AND I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU COMPLAIN TO ME THAT I CANT HOST A TOURNAMENT EITHER TX I WILL RIP YOUR BALLS OFF) and then do it? It would be a lot nicer.
