If you want to build SHW, you need antiballast. Put 1 antiballast, which weights -400, then build to the weight limit and remove the antiballast. Now the bot should be little under 1200 kg.

Anti- = Reverse
Ballast = Weight

An anti-ballast is a component you obv haven't found out about yet.
