No custom components, BFE, Hax mode, or AAM
Entries must be based off one of the vehicles from here: http://twistedmetal.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Vehicles?display=exhibition&sort=mostvisited
No hovercraft engines allowed
16 entries, loser's bracket.
No multibots
Arena is a modified Combat Zone
I will be entering
If you have a 4 wheeled car the front 2 wheels must be on car steering
Winners bracket will be 4-ways, and the losers bracket will start with 3-ways, then a 4-way, and the final will be 1-on-1
One free Havok restart for each bot. If it Havoks again, and it could be pointed out that the same bot did it, it is DQ'ed
AI IF YOU CAN, but i will be able to AI, though MassimoV may help me if needed.

I would ban hovercrafts entirely, because having one hovercraft in a non-hover tourney stacks the odds in favor of the hovercraft bot.

Seems alright apart from that.

Do be aware that not all AI's use Forward, LeftRight, Spin and Fire. Although for the purposes of this tournament, I don't suppose any other AI's are really necessary.

Do please add rules on Havok restarts, and preferably Hax Mode, though. =)
