I'm not exactly sure what you're saying, though I think you're implying that Popdown is an average bot and that Nana Deviluke is good at breaking stuff.

Nana Deviluke will impale itself on The Stray or be ripped by TerribLW, I did a mock-test.

On-topic: We got a decent draw if all goes well we could make the final, both bots go for mine at the start (usually) so all Venko's bot needs to do is come in and slap them on their tops to KO them. Our teams weaknesses are lack of invertibility (Venko's bot becomes useless with flipped or tipped), Strong single motor HS and SnS (lucky we didn't draw Team Redz).

As for our preformance, I'm still sceptical, and everything can happen (< to read "go wrong") with our team. The fast rammers are a problem for my bot for sure tho.

I've asked everyone to call me MC Pope but no one ever does it. Well I think we need a miracle to pull through, Conraaa's rammer is about the same if not better than mine, 090901's SnS is ghey hard to beat, and KK13, well I tried helping him through PMs but I gave up after a while.

Just for the record, I gave 10 bots to Ian to choose from, and he chose this art bot, instead of a very deadly SnS, in arena which perfectly benefits the SnSes.

I told you why already lol, I tested it and the 2 opposing bots went for my bot while yours did nothing and in a 2 minute match we would lose on points most the time due to my bot getting points then KO'd by the 2 and yours having no points vs them with very little time left.

There, I uploaded a match (Team Ackbar vs Back from the dead and he's brought a friend). But of course fraps doesn't record so you have to deal with whatever music Mr. AS sent me a few months back for Tusslers 2.

I prefer it when people post a bunch of vids then have a break then post another bunch (like how BBEANS worked), 1 match every 3 or so days is very slow and people have to wait ages to watch their bots compete. If anything I'd say it will lose some interest from people at this rate.

Loads of tournaments post more then 1 video per round of uploading and a 15 team, double elimination tournament is not small.

You have to take into account the fact that it may not be just prolonging the tournament. People do have lives and schedules and friends, as well as the fact that their internet may play up, and YouTube can be a right pain sometimes, but it probably isn't just purposely prolonging the tournament for no good reason.

Ianh just stop it right there. This tournament is going up fine, besides the host chooses how fast he decides to release videos and as long as it isn't outrageously slow by GTM standards there is no problem.

This conversation is obviously getting nowhere an d everything of value in it has been already said. So just stop it there guys.

although he is weak and not half as manly as I am so there is no chance for him.

But yes, awful team for the win. What can I say ? There's the mighty naryar in it, and I will weaken your motors and I will weather your attacks ! and then Ty (who is a badass in his own right, despite appearances) will clean up the rest !

How does it matter ? If I have crippled at least one opponent and occupied that same opponent so you may kill the other bot without interruption, my bot has more than reached his goal. It is therefore expendable.

Besides, you're the sword, I'm the shield. I only weaken bots so you may kill them. Yes, I can probably WBP if you die... but it is better if you survive and I don't, as long as I have crippled one or both enemies. Mostly because I can't get flanked and survive, but you can.

I'm not getting through that plow anytime soon, I'll give you that much. Hopefully I can go for Ty first and bully him around a little and keep him from rotating.

he couldn't get it to work without a special ai

also he replaced it with that crappy bot because it's the only other one i had on the exchange i think.

If he couldn't AI it why proceed to brackets/vids? usually you wait until all bots are AI'd so there are no changes when the bots are revealed. Everyone is bending braking the rules these days without anything being done, I remember when I was going to change a bot and people would have none of it but whatever I guess things are different for different people.

I'll have to talk to Trov about this because it's happened a few times lately.

Gaze required a whole new .py to be written for it to work. I did not feel like making Trov go and write a whole new .py for it. As for Flight Instructor was the only other bot ty4er had on the exchange and at the time he was on vacation. (This bot was uploaded over a year ago.) Even at that do you really think he would just enter a VS to beat Venko even thought at the time he had no proof that he would even be fighting Venko in the tourney at all? Obviously it's my fault for not seeing if the bot was able to be AI'd before I put up the splash and brackets. I thought it was just a generic spinner that wouldn't require and fancy stuff, and obviously I was wrong.
