Unnecessarily High Res Skin: Like the looks of this. As long as the wedges are fine, this should be okay.

Green Mile: A 3WD Car Steering HS. Yeah, I'm a goner.

Nuclear Load Q: Not a whole lot different from when it was last seen (was it entered before? I forget). It should do quite well.

Henchman: Seems a little bit overkill on the weapons, so that might be a problem against anything that can gut-rip it and remove the pitons easily.

You have to take out their families: This bot would be fine if there was a lot of HS, but I don't see many here. That might harm it then.

Ball: Since it can beat Popups in a tournament where popups are banned, this is one to watch out for.

Screwdriver: Looks a bit unstable and a bit fragile. Other than that, it looks vicious.

Kamikaze Attack: One of the few re-entries, so that's good. With the arena choice here, it might go far.

Overall, lots of cool bots in a tournament that filled up even faster than Beetle Bashers. Along with that, a lot of these bots look great and aren't as overused as dank memes. Good luck everyone.

Geice vs. Squirrel_Monkey (Tough one to call in my opinion. Geice has a Dark July style bot, but low armor, but S_M has a deadly weapon but low stability.)

Reier vs. Mr. AS (I feel AS has the better wedge and can even tear off NLQ's wedges if it's in a wedgelock.

090901 vs. Bobyasianboy (This should be an easy win for 09.)

RedAce vs. Badger (This is a no contest.)

Green Mile: sexy. but yeah i'd worry less about the drive (as if shells need to drive) and more about the weapons

Nuclear Load Q: you know what it does, if it can't get under you its toast

Henchman: can see no type of wedge defense coming back to bite it. I like the piston shields though

You have to take out their families: tight design, but i just don't know how good you could possible make it. in my experience these types of bots aren't nearly as tough as you'd think and die to any thing that can get under them.

Ball: just have to see how randomly good or bad the wedge is. I think you might be able to play with the weapon to get a bit more damage out of it though chief

Screwdriver: ~~thanks for not entering anything illegal again s_m~~ I worry about its instability and normals though

Kamikaze Attack: honestly the main thing i'm worried about for this bot is it's just so big for the arena, I can see this thing getting a corner caught on the middle hazard pretty easy

Geice vs. Squirrel_Monkey - close one but I highly doubt s_m's ability to outdamage geice's hps especially with his normal weapons, and I dont see his design utilizing the updraft enough to really knock geice around... i call geice WBP

Reier vs. Mr. AS ??? - it will basically come down to wedges and i don't know how they compare. I sort of assume his might be better, but a wedge lock is likely and if that happens I am pretty confident NL can smash off all his razors.

090901 vs. Bobyasianboy - boby has no wedge protection vs a bot that is all wedge... possible rage III due to the pistons

RedAce vs. Badger - i feel like this one will actually be pretty close and both bots will lose a lot of weapons, but I think badger's plow gives him the edge

Yeah, it freaked me out the first time, the video file has about 30 seconds of black where I'm just processing what the hell happened. To be honest I don't think it mattered, BBEAN's low walls don't mix with ironforge's powerful motors and HS. I forget, did you put any ballasts in there?

Maybe it could do with 4, if the drive can handle it? idk but apparently car steering in IF is super janky haha

its a tough call, I think AS will likely lose most of his weapons and pull a WBP. I doubt ball can kill Geice's bot though.

just more damage and it looks like his pistons are exactly the height to hit redace's chassis

gj on the quality and timely uploads boss. would you mind taking them off unlisted though? I like watching them on my phone sometimes and it's a pain if they're unlisted

Shadowplay, it's actually a godsend for recording. 1080p60fps no framedrops no hassle. I had no idea how useful it would be when I upgraded from a 570. It's a massive shame there's no AMD equivalent. The filesizes aren't even that big, 200mb on average per match. Same thing using fraps would be a horrible number of GB.

I think it'll come down to a wedge war, as always.
