Do all tournaments start till all places are occupied or are there also given dates? It´s a bit problematic for me, cause I´ll do my graduation from high school in 2 years and I have to learn for them, now.
If there are given dates I can enter such an event.

I think it's kind of a combination of both. There's generally a deadline to begin with, but there is a fair amount of flexibility involved.
