Self Havoks are one thing but you need to have rules about Havoks effecting the opponent

If not fair if someones robot send another oota..

I would definitely change it. If one robot is decimated and loses its motors, and the robot that has the upper hand gets thrown OOTA via a havok bomb, then I would certainly want a rematch.

Or you could just not bother with these, and consider a bot that has no more means to move and/or no more means to destroy his opponent eliminated.
