09 is right, I don't know if it's in the rules any more as it was clarified a long time ago (I'll re-add it to the How To Host guide) but reserving spots is NOT permitted. The tournament went through a discussion phase, you had time to build - also reserved spots often had a habit of not ending up filled. But yeah, not allowed, RPJK.

EDIT: In fact, it is in the guide, albeit slightly vaguely

Mebey not. His popup has some weaknesses (Bad Wedge, Plastic) It's anyones game.

I just realized That Syntek Shredders motors is not 100% symmetrical with the other....But im wondering how much it actually affects its (probably sucky) ability.
