I'm not entirely sure that's the way I'd have assigned the byes, though. One on either side of the bracket should work. Was it randomised, and that's how it ended up as such?

I put them both on that side as the top 2 from divisions 1,2,3 and 4 are on the right side and the top 2 from divisions 5,6 and 7 are on the left and the byes are in place of the non existent division 8 , so that is why there is the byes.

I see. I'd try getting rid of the byes in the first possible round, but it's your tournament. I'm not gonna tell you how to run it. Just make sure the hazards are off. =P
