Considering I'm the fifth seed it'll be appropriate to enter but want to ask a few questions:

1. What's the limit on the number of interchangeable weapons?
2. Is DSA still allowed?
3. Are you putting the heats in the tradtional RW way (Heat A has champion while Heat P has runner-up)
4. Is battery stacking allowed?

Call it Scarecrow, and that's fine.

Though I think I gave it Titanium armor as per the rules of Jonzu's tourney. I'll check that out now.

I'll enter Mayhem and King of the Hill too if that's OK.
