Its taking the utter piss. Badsman needs to have a really good reason for this if he wants to avoid getting replyed the hell out of for not posting vids.

look over this three day weekend i had an all-day scouting trip, then a 5-paragraph essay and three other assignments i had to finish. give me a break guys, i'll get episodes up when i have time.

I'm not having a go, just putting in my two cents.

I think some of the hostility may be due to the fact that this is going to be (or meant to be) a weekly upload.

Now, I understand that getting the first upload up might be delayed due to reasons (hell, I never even got the first episode of my display tournament up), but I'm guessing a lot of these guys are concerned that this won't be done until late 2015 or so if every upload takes a month, and people are gonna want to see splashes as well.

Would it be simpler to just scrap the weekly upload and just get them up 'whenever you can'? Craaig has taken 3 times as long with Robot Wars 2013 (to the point where it's.....not actually 2013 anymore

), but hasn't garnered this reaction, possibly because when he does start uploading, it's not going to be restricted and tied down to one a week.

Maybe I'm not making sense, but it's possible that once the first one is out, the others will be easier and quicker, and it might be beneficial to drop the weekly schedule to keep it moving quicker. Just get them out when you can, even if it means three heats come along during a quiet week and then nothing gets uploaded for another two because you're busy again.

Jonzu: why don`t you just replace canopeners servos with bursts? and why didn`t you AI it before this started?

All I'm going to say is please just calm it down, Badnik has never failed to complete a tournament, and he has run enough to be given the privileges that come with being a Major League host.

I must admit I did slightly doubt myself when I wrote that, seemingly for good reason, but I have no doubt that Badnik won't finish this, so everyone just needs to chill :)
Often the pressure put on by other people can make spending a lot of time on it even less appealing.

I've been motivated to beat Jonzu to finishing my Robot Wars tourney :P
