That was because Mauler was unsafe for the arena, not a problem in RA2.
And I never heard about SoW being declined cause too strong.

Apparently they were denied because RW was afraid SoW would do too much damage to the house bots.

You need to remember SoW still applied for the walker weight bonus then and had a nasty advantage over everything else in the warzone.

That depends on whether or not it was going to be a wheeled version (Natef's question), unless it's a fact that it was the walker, I apologize.

Probably the series 3 version and for series 1 or Robot Wars, hence the reason why they applied when it was a HW and the walker bonus applied.

Checked the Entries, here are the results

Blender Mk.3 (Chaosmancer) = Not Accepted. Too many weapons.
Hit and Run (Boombabyboom) = Accepted.
Infamy (Rob Collins) = Accepted.
Mr. Brownstone (Badnik96) = Accepted
Scarecrow 2 (TRiaS) = Not Accepted. Too many weapons. (Skin could be nicer too)

Realism rules is strict. No more bots like Nary or Mr. Awesumsauce built, Robots are supposed to look REALISTIC AS POSSIBLE. Your bot looks like generic bot made in Stock.
