What would you classify a SNS/HS hybrid with one spinner as? A SNS like SNS Storm or a HS?

I specifically put in the rules that those type of hybrids come under SNS, because their tactic is entirely SNS and not HS

The point of that rule was to stop people who cannot AI from entering more than one bot :P
But as long as it is sent with AI, I will accept it, as by the rules, good luck finding someone though
