Yeah, TKO stands for Technical Knock Out. Don't worry, it took me ages to find that out too. An OOTA counts as a TKO, though, does it not?

What you saw was already 3 seconds into the match, so I'm guessing it just flipped itself like that. (Final Flipper was too far away and Thrust of Fury only had 12 points by then)

It's completely random, three bots by the same builder could potentially be in the same fight
