havok restarts should only happen if the match is drastically changed because of it, not for every single havok.

Yeah, that is my view on the matter too, only the general rule seems to be restart on any havok, and the point is, where do you draw the line?

Such as what though? If this was to be the case, there would need to be some sort of line, on which haoks can either fall one way, or the other

...I've just realised, I might win my first match. Depending on how exposed my weapon motor turns out to be. Second match'll be a good test of how good False Popup is, it'll have to withstand Ounce's spinning weaponry with its caster armour, and also outwedge Click's bot too.
