I got STC's entry, however I lost both mine and 027's entry (who were both only on my computer and not backed up anywhere). According to the rules, I can't change my entry once it's been posted, so I can't compete anymore.

so if the host has to compete then this is technically closed

no they cant.. that is precisely why that rule about showcasing the entry is there :P

but being replicas you cant really change the robot to fight other entries better because you cant change how a replica works, only replicate the design..

so as long as its the same rep it doesnt really matter.
