I'm assuming the top builders are Scrap Daddy, Pwnator, Ounce & Naryar (for some very strange reason :P). The very good builders are probably Urjak & Joeblo.

Lol i may have my entry, just need to put it through more testing then im done. (And i may need to think up a better name lol)
