You would be correct, assuming you managed to put all 9 of those razors of flails, which I doubt. And yes, I do use the 80 cm disk.
On the whole flipper thing, I personally don't see the big deal with outlawing flippers, simply because they are so rare and so useless. That being said, I also don't see any reason why they
should be outlawed, seeing as you will probably only get one or two at most.
