Well as promised, here's the sequel.

1. You must follow the events rules if you plan on entering it.
2. You can enter into 2 events.
3. I will randomize the entries and make the brackets with challonge.com
4. Each battle is 1 vs 1, best of 3 fights.
5. Game type is DSL for each event.
6. No multibots allowed.
7. A bot can be updated until the splash is posted.
8. Each bot must show controlled movement.
9. Each bot gets one havok (eliminates a bot because of it) restart. After that, the bot is disqualified.
10. I can AI and make splashes but you can help with the splashes you want to.
11. There are 4 events with 8 competitors in each.
12. The bot must represent ANY COUNTRY YOU WANT in the form of a skin.
13. With the change in the rule above, there can only be 2 representatives from one country in each event. For example, you can't enter a bot based on the U.S. in an event if there are already 2 bots based on the U.S. in that event.
14. The HW's may utilize the following cheatbot2 components:

Blue-Okayed
Black-Recieved
Red-Problem

I take it Realistic DSL is IRL building, if DSL Standard is regular DSL building.

This actually looks like a pretty good tournament, I think. Do you want Scotland and England represented as two separate nations, or just together as Great Britain?

Yeah, messed up on that, HW is IRL and also, all the parts off britain should be represented as there own place. Keep in mind though, you can represent any country you want to this time around.
