Hopefully my slightly improved bot doesn't looks as ugly and un-aerodactyl-er as the one in the splash :P

The first Qualifier video is uploaded, featuring the first 4 Pokemon alphabetically - Aerodactyl, Bastiodon, Clamperl and Crustle!
Also, Qualifier Rankings so far are in a spoiler on the front page - in case you're way too lazy :P

(Also, sorry, WMM is being a... fool. I wanted to put the low health noise in but it's being reeeally awkward tonight so i guess not. Apologies!)

cool. Looks to be difficult to get in with a WBP. I think I can get past Kabuto, Garbodor, Crustle and Tauros and nab the playoff spot with Sharpedo. Unfortunately Sharpedo's jaws aren't built to bite a Diglett. Unsure if I can pull this off...

Glad you like it! :D And yeah, one day, I will genetically modify that Diglett and it will thrash yo' all into the ground ;D

(To anyone wondering, the little appendages on/in Diglett are designed to keep it upright, and self-right it in the right circumstances XD)

Of course aerodactyl is a boss. Imma pwn you all except Sandslash and maybe Clamperl.

<3 being able to avoid most attacks with a hovercraft and a Flying-type. And it's absolutely not a Game Breaker. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Though I am not happy with Aerodactyl being slower than Bastiodon. Srsly.

Somebody must have set us up the trick room.

Also that Aerodactyl looks totally awesome in action.  It's like a flying Warhead with no spinner.  I take back what I said about the Klinks and Cryogonal; that is the most dangerous bot here.  Hopefully Sandslash's spikes can withstand it...

Actually, I must confess slightly - I forgot to 2x Aerodactyl's match like I did with all the others (and do with every match in every tourney I run) :3 apologies - but I'm pretty sure 8 seconds will ensure it gets through to next round so you'll get to see it at full speed then :D

I feel stupid now. I spent THREE HOURS on that bot only to see it flip itself onto its back in 2 seconds.

Oh boy.  Right away in the first round, we find out if the one bot Naryar fears is really capable of taking him down...

I expect both of my bots to fall in the first round.

Klink appears to be too low for Megagross to reach.  That duo will nip away at Meta's legs until it falls. By that time... the match will probably be won by WBP.

Exadrill has enough speed to slam Magikarp right off the bat.  It will likely turn the fish over.  While it can flail, it cannot self right.  Likely loss due to immobilization.

I think Skorupi will win the rumble.

Then after that:

Klink > Metagross
Skorupi > Garbodor
Exadrill > Magikarp
Aerodactly > Sandslash

leading to:
Skorupi > Klink
Aerodactyl > Exadrill

finishing with:
Aerodactly > Skorupi

:P I think the flying pokemon has enough advantage to pwn pretty much everything. Well played Nary.

Well, my Aerodactyl head is 60kg, 8000 HP, 2,66 concussion and 1 piercing. The other components are standard. Unless aerodactyl keeps attacking Sandslash's head (and I doubt it will keep doing that), I don't think I have any chance.

Maybe I can WBP but that's just uncertain. Don't think my weapons can last long enough to WBP.

I suspect Clickbeetle has filled his bot's top plate with spikes when he saw that hovercrafts were allowed. And damn it, this is the only bot that can beat me and I HAD to have it on first round !

overall reaction in one convenient image :
