Best built: Tyrantarous - Virus Bomb - It looked devastating enough, but those castors gave it the definition of EVIL!
Most unique: Dark Void 2 - S_M - The fact that it only has 1 wheel is enough.
Unluckiest: Protostar U*-1Z6M - The Ounce - That thing just looks scary, and it didn't even make it past the first round.
Luckiest: The Cacodemon - Enigma - Everybody was calling it a  of the tournament, and it defeated a couple of the deadly looking bots.
Most entertaining: Zaphod Stock 2 - G.K. - In it's battle with Virus Bomb, it had an epic kerblooie and nearly hit the ceiling!

No, I made a popup because I suck at making HS's. UNLUCKILY, I got stuck with the 4 best HS's in the final.

Ounce still deserves that award, though.
