Yes, I am quite slow, but this tournament will happen, unlike the first one I attempted. Fallout 3 is in the way, as well as school.

Responsibilities outside of GTM should take precedent over a small internet community of enthusiasts of a specific video game, in my view. It's perfectly understandable why he hasn't uploaded the videos yet if he's had a lot on his plate (although somehow still finding time to be on GTM) to me, I don't believe Naryar is in the wrong. However, ejection from the tournament seems a bit excessive to me for simple impatience and spam in a tournament thread. I think a Warn should suffice, perhaps a Mute for a couple of days at the absolute most.

well, thank you for defending my ejection, but I think that the fact that you promised something you should follow up. I believe he should have at least told us that he would MAYBE been able to do it, not to promise.

No, I think the sum of Noodle's actions in their context warrant an immediate ban. For three reasons mainly :

-He tried to blackmail me into posting videos, else he would post spam. This is intolerable, but it can go with a warning first.
-He then actually posted flash spam into the thread, for the only purpose of disrupting it and/or pissing off everyone, which is intolerable as well but can go with a warning.
-Now for the context : He has a VERY bad record for posting flash spam. He has been banned numerous times because of this. Now he thinks he can post flash spam on the main forum ? He should think twice.
-Now for Noodle's credit, all of these actions were all done for advancing the tournament, which is a good goal. It does NOT make them right though.

The sum of these three actions go beyond the level of "warning", so he gets immediately banned from the tournament. If he did only one of the first two points, I would have warned him not to do sh** again and not banned him immediately. Too bad he didn't.

So I will make another : if in 24 hours, five videos have not been posted, I will cancel this tournament and accept a several day forum ban (as well as a permanent ban from hosting tournaments) for failing to the entrant's expectations.

How about this for a policy: finish the crap you start. This isn't the first time you've copped out on a tournament; remember NAR AI Wars 2? Anyway I just figured that you being a mod meant that you were held to a higher standard of actually finishing your tournaments. Hell, even most non-mods can seem to finish theirs.

And don't tell me you're too busy, because that's a load of cow crap. There's no way filming 3, 3 minute fights and uploading it to youtube can take more than a half hour.

Oh, and rip on me and TX sh**-posting all you want. There's a good chance that if we hadn't brought you here to moderate, then you would have just left this to rot and hoped people forgot about it.
