I reckon what we could do is have something like a draft system. The teams could be organised as they would like to be, and then each team leader can choose one member from each of the other three teams to join their team. Leaders could be excluded from this, but I reckon it could make it a little bit fairer.

OR, I could rank members into groups of 4 (ranging from elite to awful), and put one from each group into each team (via random.org)

Or you could have 4 team captains and then have everybody else in a giant draft pool and let them pick. For the captains, pick one from each team, So team 2 would go first, then team 4tw, then team 3, and finally NNQEC.

LOL! Might as well put that list in the Junkyard since it will get derailed like a freight train without wheels.
