You have 24 hours, starting now, to privately vote either "Ally" or "Betray".  Remember, votes MUST be sent privately - you can say whatever you want publicly, but it will not count as a vote!  Speaking of which, I made a Discord thingy for this tournament: https://discord.gg/UgqsbDb, so you can use that if you'd like to.

Your original bot would go into crazy frontflips when it fired its weapon.  thREE can mostly stay kinda stable, and when it did havok it tended to just throw itself out rather than the other guy.

This is the second version of thREEE btw, the first was also too havoky.

Cat on a hot tin roof: Pop-ups.  I hope I can outwedge this thing...
Florida man:  Is it just a pushbot?  Really?  Easy picking if so.
Ladybug swarm:  No wedges, no real weaponry, no hope on winning.
LHE: Could be an underdog.  I kinda notice this tournament is all about wedge capabilities.  If it has it...
Mind Hack:  Chewblades are taking over the meta.
Pop-up cafe: That Pop-Up ain't hittin anything.
Ripper: Rip off
Robowing: Its wedge is actually fairly untested.  Probably should've replaced the iron spike with a pole one...
Speed-D: Idk what to think of it.  I'll underestimate it for now.
Three bursts: Nice meme.
I have several opinions.

You have just over 8 hours left to vote.  Remember that, if you don't send a vote, you will default to "ally".

Hey Guldenflame, do you want to try and ally first round or do you want to just plan on a fight?

can you not discuss around the issue, but just not admit what you voted, or say you're going to vote ally but in secret betray?

You can say whatever you want to here.  I will only COUNT the vote if it is sent privately.

tldr you can totally say what you voted.  you can also lie

EDIT: I reworded the OP, does that make it more clear?

Well if that's the case I'll just be honest and say I betrayed. I think our fight should be an interesting match, best of luck!

Just saying mate, you're screwing yourself over.  I'm refusing to fight.  My robot is not a good one, I'll admit, and one good hit by yours and I'm toast.  However I'll probably be the only person willing to Ally with you.
Your strategy I already know.  "Betray everyone."  And now that everyone knows this, you're never going to be getting any free points.  If your robot is truly a meta breaker, and will kill all other robots, then you have this tournament in the bag beforehand.  But if not, you'll lose.

So what now?  Ally with me to prove you can change your strategy.  Then people might try to Ally back...  Nah, that won't happen.  Allying is underpowered in this tournament.

Enjoy your free point.  You won't keep it for long.
I have several opinions.

I'm refusing to fight.
Oh, neat. I kinda assumed since you were listing out all the positives and weaknesses of all the robots earlier that you were going to go super serious on this tournament and never ally ever. If you're up for it I'll go ahead and change.
You could also totally be totally tricking me right now but ah whatever. I was hoping to ally in the first round before the tournament started anyways.

The voting period has ended.  You will find out your fate when I post the video tomorrow.

I will reveal, however, that the hazards will be off for this tournament.

I apologize for the delay.  Future rounds should have less delay, as I already have all the graphics made now.  I also am using a new editor so there are a few problems with the video (specifically, the screen flashes a "Media Offline" message when starting a fight and everything is a bit faster than I meant for it to be).

Please let me know what you liked or didn't like about the editing so I can improve future rounds.

Anyway here's a tl;dr of what happened if you don't want to watch it (but please do I spent a while on it)

Round 2 matchups are in the OP.  You have 24 hours, starting now, to make your decision.
Also, if anyone would have a problem with me releasing your robot at the end of the tournament, please say so when you send your choice.  Otherwise I will just release all the bots seen here.

To clarify another thing:  The "hazards on/off" voting in the first round applied to the whole tournament.  You do not need to send another "hazards on/off" vote.
