Uhhh... I think that one deserves a restart for a havok explosion since Tibsy was saved by one as it got him to top of the arena walls leaving him unstoppable and where Playzooki was killed by the hammer.

I'll let Playzooki make the call on it, because I normally write in the rules that there will be no havok restarts unless a bot gets stuck in a wall/floor/etc but I noticed I forgot to add that in the rules this time and there is no havok rules.

Sure, why not. The havok screwed me over when tibsy was clearly immobilised, so it had a major effect on the match.
