Normal DSL realism allows thing to intersect the chassis anyway, so long as a slot could be cut and nothing else is hit (slight nicks are considered fine usually).

I'll change it so you can make hammers, but no flippers, they do no damage, and are boring.

erm have you seen Click's new flipper py? Flippers are now effective in enclosed arenas

and when were flippers boring again?

Just make a different bot type, It's not the end of the world.

I made a 12 razor rammer once, 12 or 13, not sure.
