Click's is a bit different as well, as are Pwnator and Trovaner's entries. But there is quite a barrage of similar robots. 50% of the entries are rammers, and almost 25% are Horizontal Spinners. This is what I counted out of the 32 entries in the Splash:

Rammers: 16
HS: 7
VS: 3
SnS: 2
Sawbot: 1
Side Hammer: 1
Wammer: 1
FS: 1

I classed Naryar's entry as a Vertical Spinner, and Click's as a Side Hammer with a secondary Ramming rack, but I went by the primary weapon system. So not that much in the way of diversity, I suppose, but perhaps we'll see a few surprises.

I do understand why people would want to build bots such as rammer's and hs's, (mainly because of how durable they are) but you can at least TRY to make something durable that's different. (and yes I have a right to say that; I tried to make something other than a hs or rammer, it turned out to be a wammer tho XP)

OK I've got all the bots AI'd except Trovaner's (because the AI he sent me is crashing) and Naryar's.

Filming should commence within the week.

Now you may be looking at the video file and thinking "HOLY CARP THAT'S HUGE" but keep in mind that this includes all 16 fights rolled into one... if you do the math it comes out to less than 4 MB per fight, so not that bad. If it's too slow streaming then just click on the link under the video to download it to your hard drive.
There were definitely some surprises. Some fights where almost nothing happened, but some others will result in elimination... (it's possible to be eliminated in the first round if you only have 2 wheels and you lose both).

Right click on the URL and pick Save Target As. Should've specified that... I'll go do it now.
