Considering I just finished a tournament, I don't want to rush straight into another but I do want to know what people on this forum most want in a tournament.

This is a discussion thread for now but may be changed into a tournament thread depending on interest.

I am planning on running an Annihilator type tournament where there will be matches of 4 with people going out one by one (you should know what an Annihilator is.) However, I want some input on what to make the tournament. In other words, the forum will make this tournament, I will just be hosting it. These are the things I want your input on:

Let's build this rom the ground up then, judging from votes for each detail.

Rules:
Game type - Stock
Weight class - SHW
Unlimited entrants
1 entry per person
I'll AI if you can't

Building rules:
SHW is up to 1200.0kg
In-game glitches are allowed, apart from hax mode.
Out of game glitches are banned
Cheabot2 is banned
Walker/Crawlers/Shufflers aren't allowed. Multibots can't be used in a 4-way match
You can update you bot as much as you want before signups end close

Match rules:
3 minute matches
Arena will be The Octagon with hazards on
One restart due to a havok, two havoks then the robot causing it will be disqualified
Judging will be done by points scored

Hopefully this gains significant interest. You don't have to cover all bases but it would be cool and would contribute to the discussion if you covered at least one.

This is now a signups thread and the rules above may not change. As a Major League host you have 1 year to complete this tournament. Enjoy :)

Oh yeah host, sorry if im kinda spamming the discussion. Anyways, I plan to pm my bot to you tomorrow but i want u to know that i have no idea to ai, so can you please ai it to grog the warrior? And also, it has 2 pressure cylinders that shoot out metal points, so, if you can, please ai those 2 cylinders. Thanks!

Actually that's a good thing you didn't. I just checked the AI line, and I screwed up the AI it needs to use. I'll send a new one that actually works this time.

RedAce is accepted. Kun's bot is not SHW, so it is rejected. You are welcome to re-enter it as a SHW or another SHW bot. I'll add RedAce's AI line to his bot in a little bit when I have some more free time.

Is the sergepatcher Unlimited Mass Mod allowed for this tournament? Or is there a different was to exceed 800kg?
