Complete Carnage - Signups [STOCK HW]

So I've recorded all the matches for BittyBots, and I'll be drip-feeding the videos over the coming week. Therefore, it is time to plan my next tournament (that I'm totes not gonna half abandon this time honest). This tournament won't enter signups until BittyBots is completed.

Gimmick
All components have 1HP 1 fracture. Chassis have 1hp.
Pure/majority popups and HS banned (i.e. non-trivial hybrids allowed)
Caster armour is banned
Matches are 1 minute long (bots basically can't move after 30 seconds)
BO1 Double Elim, Finals are BO5 with the winner bracket bot having a 1 round advantage.
Parallel HW and SHW tournaments

Normal Rules
HW (400.1 > 800.0)
Standard Stock ruleset

cheatbot2 banned
no custom parts, including skins
minimum 2 powered wheels
no BFE/AAM/Hax/RA2CF
distraction bots are banned
bots must be built to sufficient level of quality (no sh** jokebots)
updates are allowed up to 3 days before close of signups, after no updates will be allowed
RO7 break allowed (**** me if I'm gonna check that sh**)
Meltybrain banned
I can AI for you
bots must show controlled movement
I reserve the right to decline your entry for any reason
asbestosstar is banned from all my tournaments

Condenser Arena, Hazards Enabled
Crawlers and SnS ARE allowed
Multibots are allowed, will lose when both are defeated
I will give unlimited havok restarts due to the nature of the tournament. If I literally can't record a match due to havok I'll give the win to the less havoky bot.
I will not enter
After the tournament I'll upload the components folder for you guys so you can try it for yourself
3 week signups. You may enter up to 3 bots per weightclass, which will be placed in a waiting queue. Empty spaces will be filled with random ASAI and Starcore AI bots.

The idea sounds fun and the demonstration match is brutal. But because it's Stock HW/SHW, I'm afraid, I'll pass on this unless one of you guys can persuade me to enter.

You can use anti-ballasts. Or just use that feature of CF, in that sentence I meant the no collision/RO7 part of CF.
